**Role Description**
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Katlon, and Parasoft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our test automation framework.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in test automatio
**Required Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Proficiency in using Parasoft or similar tools for API testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
- Relevant certifications in test automation (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium).
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
