Team Overview:
We are a new team within the DIDI Food Delivery Department, and we’re embarking on an exciting startup journey. This is a unique opportunity to innovate, grow, and tackle challenges together. We invite you to join us as we build a new business model from the ground up.

Role Responsibilities:

- Participate in establishing franchisee standards and policies. Be actively involved in formulating processes for franchisee onboarding and offboarding, recruitment strategies, and planning recruitment activities.
- Take responsibility for collecting, creating, and maintaining profiles of potential franchisees across various categories. Understand their needs and expectations, and conduct regular maintenance, resource assessments, and evaluations of their potential.
- Manage the recruitment process for franchisees, including invitations, negotiations, evaluations, contract signings, coordination, and ongoing follow-ups.
- Communicate franchisee policies and assessment criteria, provide training and support for franchisee growth, and regularly evaluate franchisee performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. Understand their needs and challenges, respond promptly to their requests and concerns, and offer timely support and assistance.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.

Role Qualifications:

- **3**+ years of relevant business experience, with a strong understanding of the franchisee management system and proven capabilities in franchise recruitment and business management operations.
- Strong communication, operation, and negotiation skills, as well as good cross-departmental and external communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with employment relationships and business cooperation in the Latin American market, and having certain insights into these areas.
- Prior experience in the local life industry in Latin America or having franchisee resources is a plus. Experience in the 0-1 construction of franchise business is highly preferred.
- Proficient in business English communication.
