**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

**Your Impact**

As **R&D Scientist** your responsibilities would consist of:

- Ingredient Evaluation: Conduct and document testing across various food systems, analyzing sensory and physicochemical data to assess functionality.
- Product & Process Support: Prepare materials for trials, integrate new ingredients into formulations, and adjust based on performance outcomes.
- Analytical and Sensory Tests: Interpret data to identify optimization opportunities, and support scale-up activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and external partners to execute trials and share progress updates.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed lab records and prepare insights for presentations and decision-making.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **
Education**: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- ** Experience**: 1-2 years in R&D, with exposure to product and/or ingredient development processes.
- ** Technical & Analytical Skills**: Knowledge of food technologies and ingredient functionality, with strong problem-solving abilities and data interpretation skills.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**: Team player with proven cross-functional collaboration, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Languages**: Fluent English, required to collaborate in a global environment.
