Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Assist the Senior Trade Compliance Manafer with a Mexico Risk Assessment including periodic re-assessment.
- Assist with implementation of best practices regarding trade compliance across al Mexico sites.
- Implement and manage Mexico trade compliance personnel and oversee trade compliance operations under the guidance of the Senior Trade Compliance.
- Ensure that all trade files are current, complete and fully documented and in compliance with federal regulations and company police.
- Provide analysis and report performance of the use of Free Trade Agreements (USMCA and Europe/ Mexico).
- Interact with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Corporate Legal in the preparation and review of import and export licenses(both).
- Manage Mexican Trade government authorizations( IMMEX, PROSEC, CIVA, RO, etc.)
- Classification process guidance of parts for import and export and in support of the Mexico sites.
- Manage Mexican Customs audits.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bacherlor's Degree in International Business Administration or related fiel required or combination of education and experience as:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Import/ Export role with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position,
- Comprehensive experience in import and export compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective multitasking skill and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills including ability to effectively coach and mentor employees at all levels.
