We are looking for new members to join our amazing team in cd. Obregon.
The retention department is created with the objective of retaining and keeping customers, providing follow-up on all issues that arise due to missing documents, investigations by providers or reports
Qualifications:
Bilingual (High English level).
Problem solving skills.
Multitasking.
Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or related.
Experience with data analysis, and customer relationship management tools
Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
1 year at least of previous experience in sales or customer service.
