We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to own our organic social media presence, tell
our brand story, and engage our growing community across multiple platforms.

**What You’ll Do**
As our Social Media Strategist, you’ll be responsible for building and executing an engaging
content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and trust. You’ll work closely with the
Marketing and Content teams to ensure our brand voice is consistent and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a data-driven organic social media strategy aligned with
company goals.
- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X,
YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce engaging visuals, copy,
and video content.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to keep our brand relevant and timely.
- Engage directly with our community through comments, DMs, and interactions to
strengthen relationships.
- Track KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies for
continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and best practices across platforms.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Fluent english** (both written and spoken) and **Proven experience in the USA market**.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or strategy (preferably in B2C or
SaaS/tech).
- Proven track record of growing organic social channels and building communities.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and content curation skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) and
analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and community building.
- Bonus: Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
