- THE ROLE:
Position Duties:

- Work with Product Development/Program Management on U71x program to deliver the new 25 MY Expedition/Navigator and the start of the 27MY Expedition/Navigator MCA program.
- Depending on where the program is within GPDS timing, key work elements may include:

- Support Purchasing Strategy on pre
- program planning
- Coordinate SALT assumption inputs from PD and achievement of commodity work plans
- Compile and update initial sourcing tracking work in SWT & Ariba D (ADS 2.0)
- Achieve cross functional alignment and deliver sourcing to meet Supplier Engineering On
- Board Dates (SEOB) and coordinate SIR requirements as needed
- Lead cross-functional Sourcing PATs and assist in closing open issues with Material Cost team
- Manage workplan rollup of program Commodity Planning, Sourcing (SOBA issuance), Supplier

YOUR IMPACT:

- Quotations, Long Lead Funding and CPA Processes
- Lead OTG (Open-to-Go) PO/TO completion to meet Program milestones:
- Support daily Program launch meetings
- Manage communication flow between Program team and Material Cost team
- Manage daily metrics.
- Represent Purchasing in NML forums and coordinate help needed with Material Cost
- Cascade information on pre-J1 program capacity studies to Material Cost and Capacity Purchasing and ensure alignment around completion of sourcing POs to support capacity studies

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Position Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Ford/Purchasing Systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills Commercial business acumen

Other Information:

- Purchasing experience preferred: Program, Commodity, Program STA Confidence working with other skill teams and ability to represent Purchasing Positive, can-do attitude
