An IT Recruiting Specialist is a talent acquisition expert whose job it is to recruit the best talent for highly specialized roles.
As an IT Recruiting Specialist, you will ensure that we adhere to Toshiba's recruitment principles throughout our recruitment process.
**What you will be doing**:
- Intermediate english
- Manage the expectations of business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position.
- Employment information and publication of job advertisements through the use of different social networks and network channels.
**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have**
- Be process oriented and focused on responsiveness.
- Experience with high volume of open demand
- Experience in technical recruitment in the IT area.
- Between 2 and 4 years of solid experience in Sourcing, Screening and Selection of IT profiles support (mobile developers, software developers, TPM, quality control engineers, etc.).
Other nice qualities that we appreciate are
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in preparing reports to analyze recruitment efforts.
