**Who We Are**:
Single Digits was started in 2003, and now has almost 6,000 customers, with over one million people authenticating on our networks daily. We design, install, and manage secure bulk wi-fi systems at leading hotels, senior living facilities, and student housing/apartment complexes. We offer a complete guest solution, including engineering, networking monitoring, and multi-lingual support. Thanks to our managed service business model, our clients are able to boost revenues, strengthen customer loyalty and better promote their own brands without capital expenditures.

**What You'll Do**:

- Support hotel guests with their wired and wireless connections to, and use of, the SD HSIA network
- Provide hotel staff network connectivity and on-demand troubleshooting support
- Provide setup and teardown assistance with any onsite meetings or conferences
- Working with SD support team, monitor system performance and customer complaints
- Interact with hotel and conference guests to identify any potential needs upon arrival
- Communicate with guests, staff, and SDI support team fluently in Spanish or English

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry
- Experience connecting computers, phones, tablets, and gaming devices to HSIA networks
- Experience in a network or desktop support role/environment
- Must pass Background Investigation
- We are not currently sponsoring H1-B visas for this position.
