**Summary**:
The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the General Accounting activities in AutoZone are performed most effectively and properly manage a second team whose leader will be a Controller and whose primary functions will be Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the Reconciliation of accounts assigned to the team in AutoZone is correctly performed
- Provide Financial Analysis support to the entire AutoZone organization
- Ensure the Procurement role complies with the minimum internal control guidelines that relate to the function
- Develop a High-Performance Team able to control the above functions with limited supervision
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by management

**Requirements**:

- **Level of formal education**: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
- **Area of study**:Accounting or Finance
- **Years of experience**: Five to seven years
- **Type of experience**: General Accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis
- **Technical Skills**: Bilingual, highly customer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Negotiation Skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker
- **Other/preferred**: Reconnet, MS Office, ERP
