Job Description: - Provide support to Distribution Center facility with 100+ users Support the systems: *Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the WMS system (inventory, order processing, labor management, etc..) *Work directly with the software team to troubleshoot issues, revise processes / procedures, and change configuration as needed to help the operations team conduct business efficiently *Improve the current WMS processes in collaboration with operations team - work closely with the software development team to help design / test and implement new WMS functionalities *Build reports on performance, inventory, slotting, labor management to support the distribution center operations.

Experiência y requisitos

Experience and Requirements: - 2+ years of related experience, experience in SQL development is required. - Experience with any WMS (Warehouse Management system). - Proven analytic skills in troubleshooting. - Ability to work in a fast paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks. - Bilingual (English/Spanish). - Experience with one of the following programing languajes: C#, ionic, Angular, Python.
