The Business Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. **Responsibilities**: - Identification of multi-client and multi-location efficiency opportunities and process improvements within the derivatives oversight control model - Responsible for the investigation, detailed analysis, and development of target operating models of any initiative that adds a new Client or a new Service for existing Clients onto the Fund Accounting platform from a Valuations perspective - Effective adoption of any initiative that impacts, alters or enhances the Derivatives and Derivatives Oversight Operating Model through detailed analysis, design, testing, and training rolled out for proposed solutions - Regularly review and provide project status reports, and functional road maps to Senior Management - Monitor Multifonds functionality available with each patch or release and assess impact to Derivatives production and oversight operating models. Where enhancements are identified ensure solutions are fully designed, tested, and managed through to implementation. **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years experience - Subject matter expert in derivatives products - Assurance /asset management clients - Experience of working on projects and delivering to assigned deadlines. - Effective analytical skills, particularly around requirements gathering, requirements documentation, and data interrogation - Knowledge of Multifonds, fund accounting and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Responsible of different projects for improvement of some of the actual processes of Tasa Cero team. - Participate in end-to-end process of the different programs of Tasa Cero. - Propose new ideas for the different programs and new initiatives. - Partner with different areas such as Estrategias Comerciales, Marketing, Legal, Fairness, Compliance, and different channels for approvals. - Prepare executive slides and materials for presentations. - Prepare new initiatives and follow up for the campaigns such as “Buen Fin”, “Hot Sale” and “120 Horas” - Obtain data from different channels such as Teradata, Elipse, etc for the interpretation of the results for the different campaigns of the team. - Participate in the generation of monthly details and presentations **REQUERIMIENTOS** - Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado (fórmulas y tablas dinámicas) - Experiência en análisis de información / interpretación de datos y resultados - Experiência en manejo de bases de datos - Habilidades efectivas de comunicación oral y escrita - avanzado - Experiência en área comercial y/o gerencia de producto - Inglés intermedio - Deseable creación y manejo de macros - Uso de Teradata**Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
