**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement plant procedures in all assigned processes
- Identify deviations and define necessary actions to keep the processes in control
- Improve the performance of the processes
- Reduce the variability of processes
- Develop and maintain the necessary methods to ensure that critical variables remain in control
- Reduce costs for re-jobs and waste.7. Establish the operation parameters, and implement the Set-Up of the processes.8.
- Generate and maintain adequate and relevant information for the analysis and decision-making on the performance of the processes
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the Quality, Safety and Environment Management system
- Promote safe conditions for work and operate under the safety rules and procedures established by the company.

Qualifications:

- Basic (Lean Manufacturing / Six sigma / Kaizen)
- Education - Industrial Engineer or related.
- Experience - 6 months or 1 year in manufacturing companies
- Skills and abilities
