Canadian Metalworking Company is seeking in Atizapan de Zaragoza

Manager IT

**Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.

**2. Professional Experience**
- Minimum 5-7 years in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is essential.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cross-functional teams.

**3. Technical Competence**
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with MES, industrial automation, and IoT technologies.
- Experience with data analytics tools and database management.

**4. Leadership and Management Skills**
- Ability to lead and develop IT teams.
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to align IT strategy with business goals.

**5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills**
- Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
- Ability to present complex IT concepts in a business-friendly manner.

**6. Cultural and regulatory Awareness**
- Understanding of Mexican labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus.

**7. Problem Solving and Innovation**
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions.
