**Description of Job Mission**:Oversee the execution and scheduling of marketing graphics projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Revise artwork files in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop using existing templates.

2. Resolve any artwork issues that arise during production and proof process.

3. Archive marketing collateral by formatting, collecting, processing, checking, and uploading files.

4. Provide digital and physical proof reviews and approvals.

6. Appropriately label artwork files and release them to Purchasing for print proof process. Ensure that all support files and required documentation are included prior to the release. Properly archive files for future reference.

7. Coordinate with Document Control in preparation of detailed bills of materials and change order requests. Review approved files for accuracy and release them to designated server locations for production.

8. Assist with proof reviews and additional marketing tasks as needed or assigned by Director of Marketing or Strategic Services.

**Required Skills**:

- Good command of English/Spanish language - writing and speaking
- Adobe Creative Suite experience in a business setting
- Exceptional analytical and communications skills
- Comfortable working remotely with limited supervision
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Can-do attitude
- Must work well with others, establishing comfortable communication with Marketing team members and other internal departments
