As a Ruby on Rails Developer Trainee you will:

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under supervision.
- Support integration of front-end elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices in software engineering.
- Document features, bugs, and technical processes for future reference.
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and techniques to grow as a developer.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or currently pursuing equivalent studies; or relevant bootcamp/technical training.
- Familiarity with Ruby or another programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Basic understanding of web development concepts: MVC architecture, REST APIs, databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
