We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data systems. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop scalable data infrastructure and solutions
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement data solutions
- Implement data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleansing and validation processes
- Implement and maintain data governance and security measures
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure availability and reliability
- Work with stakeholders to identify and address data-related issues and requirements
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering or any related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
- Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles
- Strong programming skills in Python and DBT
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data services.
- Knowledge of data integration techniques (e.g., ETL, data pipelines)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
