- Independently, or under limited or no supervision, the Sr Technician - Process Engineer works on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring considerable judgment, judgment, and initiative to solve problems and make recommendations. The operations technician is responsible for maintaining, completing set-ups and equipment repairs on production lines. He/She is responsible for ensuring that all unplanned maintenance work assigned to him for all production equipment is executed; Maintaining the Department's expected levels of GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices). Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) by collecting observations and communicating them to your supervisor for corrections).
- **Responsabilidades**:

- Follow the EHS procedures and policies established at the plant, as well as participate in the Safety and Environment programs. Report hazards and incidents and collaborate to find solutions or implement improvements.
- Assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.
- Moderate exercise of judgment is required on details of work and in making selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives.
- Supervisor screens assignments for unusual or difficult problems and reviews techniques and procedures to be applied on non-routine work.
- Receives general direction on new aspects of assignments.
- Assignments usually include one or more of the following:

- Equipment design and development
- Preparation of specifications
- Process study
- Research investigations
- Protocol and Report preparation
- Other activities requiring knowledge of principles and techniques commonly employed in the specific areas of assignments.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
- Responsible for the purchase or design of equipment that meets health, safety and environmental standards set by the company.
- Responsible for performing design reviews and pre-validation assessments to ensure processes and products are safe.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next level.

Calificaciones:

- High School Diploma and five years of related engineering experience.
- Experience in the medical device industry would be an asset.
- Must posses the basic understanding of engineering fundamentals
- English communication skills, written and oral.
