**Get in the Game: Dive Into the Role**
- Step up as our Credit to Cash Cash Application Hill's Analyst for US, Canada and Mexico, and proactively detect and prevent collection issues, on customer account collections for past due amounts, on escalating and assisting in the resolution of business issues; reporting, disputing and clearing deductions related to Gross to Net promotions, vendor compliance, audit, pricing and inventory adjustments.

**Your Mission: What You Will Do**
- Manage Collections: Handle all customer account balances, past-due notices, and payment escalations.
- Streamline Reporting: Prepare statements, monitor performance, and create monthly financial estimates/reports.
- Control Deductions: Review, track, and clear open deductions, credits, and paybacks.
- Resolve Issues: Respond to queries, reconcile payments, and manage deduction disputes.
- Ensure Compliance: Recommend write-offs and report month-end financial results for control.
- Collaborate Internally: Participate in cross-functional meetings to align processes and resolve escalated issues.

**Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related.
- 2+ years in Finance.
- Advanced English level.
