**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking an experienced Disbursement Manager who is self-motivated and committed to the Carrier Way Values. The Disbursement Manager is a key contributor to the CBS team. This position ensure hundreds of thousands of accounts payables are accurately and efficiently disbursed to vendors all over the world.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Validation of business policies for processing, disbursement eligibility, and financial reporting.
- Determine the disbursable value of payables and maintain related systems.
- Internal control assurance and authorization of disbursement requests.
- Ensuring ultimate delivery of funds is successful and beneficiaries are well satisfied with service.
- Resolve customer service escalation and remittance issues including supporting internal inquiries.
- Manage weekly cash flow projected balances.
- Stay apprised of US and foreign regulations for remitting payments.
- Support internal and statutory audits, tax and compliance requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial partners.
- Support back office systems including documentation of critical processes and procedures.
- Ensuring the successful execution of daily processing, customer service and analysis tasks.
- Disbursement eligibility, record maintenance, regular and expedited disbursement processes.
- Online transaction fraud control.
- Minimum check and mostly electronic payment processing.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
Language skills:

- Adequate English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams (written and verbal).

Education & Experience:

- ** Bachelor’s Degree** in a related field with relevant experience of **5+ years **in global remittance of funds, foreign exchange accounting & hedging, and general accounting.
- OR **Post-graduate Degree** (MBA) in a related field with experience of **3+ years **in global remittance of funds, foreign exchange accounting & hedging, and general accounting.
- Experience of **3+ years in Team Management**, developing a collaborative and effective team of about ~20.

Availability:

- Required to commute to Santa Catarina.
- Full time availability (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon-Fri).

- Proficient project management and organizational skills (practical knowledge leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one's work area).
