**Job Description-**

As a Software Engineer, you will work in backend support group within our Operations team. The Engineer will work with PLSQL/SQL, Python and Unix scripting & latest technologies Tool, mainly handling incidents using ITIL framework and developing automations in production system to reduce re-occurring problem.

**What will your job look like?**

Oversee and ensure the integrity of production systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure the backend services are being delivered on time

Incidents Handling using ITIL framework

Converting Old Unix Scripts in Python module to work on multi-Thread

Strong knowledge in PLSQL/SQL to write complex queries and knowledge in query Tunning. Knowledge of DB performance analysis is plus point

Writing Unix Script with DB Connection and Remote DB connection. Strong knowledge on Unix Command to do Day to day work related to Incident handling.

Telecom Understating background is good to have

Fluent in English speaking as support need to connect globally

SRE and Automation

**All you need is**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Mandatory flexibility to work any shift or day of the week, including holidays

Fluent in English speaking
