**Front Desk | Administrative Assistant**
We are hiring a
- **Front Desk | Administrative**
**Assistant** who will be responsible for ensuring everyone visiting or calling Steelcase has a great experience and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Some of the duties include offering administrative support across the organization such as:
- Welcome visitors, clients and suppliers.
- Take calls, transfer them and take messages.
- Responsible for doing a daily report of things missing or in bad shape in the GBC.
- Be the keeper of the protocols of the office.
- Organize conference calls.
- Manage reservation for all the rooms.
- Coordination and logistics for the GBC day by day.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Supports managing and reporting of the department’s financials.
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships and facilities maintenance tasks for daily operations.
- Support PO process and invoicing ensuring appropriate bills are paid and costs are expensed to the correct cost centers.
**Who you are**
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Office Management, Administration or related files.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Full time availability from 9am to 6pm on-site

- Pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
- Ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Professional, courteous, and concise communication with employees, customers and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Attention to detail.
