Study to Sweat existing equipments to maximum. - Creating various Budget options and workouts which help towards taking strategic decisions related to equipment suppliers. - Creating options by directing teams for Adaptation of new product in existing facilities with Equipment enhancemments for introduction of new models and variants. - Study the process and product requirements and Guide others in selecting the right equipments based on requirements. - Value addition through Interactions with manufacturing team and collect equipment related MTBF and MTTR Data and incorporate the same in new equipment requirement RFQ preparation. - Interacting with teams and facilitate lesson learnt sessions for on going and concluded projects and take action accordingly for RFQ preparations. - Contribute and lead team members to create Architecture for controls and Robotics.Also creation of checksheets for Design buyoff/Equipment buyoff at supplier ends for FTR deliverables. - Scouting various suppliers ,Co ordinate with suppliers discussing with suppliers technically /Creating a comparision matrix by SWOT analysys and helping Capital purchase to negotiate and decide on best equipent supplier. - Confirming the adherance of RFQ by suppliers in terms of agreed specification quality and timely delivery - Identify and eliminate the capacity constraints as per volume demand using method study tools (Man-Machine charts, deciding the online - offline strategy, low cost automation. etc.) - Detail study of sustainable New technology processes, equipment, systems, material evaluation for implementation - Installation & commisionning and post installation support. - Leading and directing team towards successful implementation of Industry 4.0. - Identifying the skill enhancement requirement of team and arranging appropriate trainings. - Directing and leading team to execute M6 level programme. Experience (years) 10-15 Years Industry Preferred Automotive **Qualification B.E.or B Tech.
