Accounting Analyst Job Description:

- This role needs to understand the nature of the balance sheet accounts, the analysis of activities within each account, the detailed sub-ledger preparations, and monthly reconciliations.
- The individual in this role will assume general accounting responsibilities, such as, closing process in SAP / JDE.
- Preparing journal entries, such as, accruals, payroll, amortizations, factoring and analysis (AR and AP) intercompany billing among other Business Units.
- Preparing Financial Reports and Bank Accounts reconciliations.
- Coordination of Intercompany process and / or Intercompany loans and dispute resolution.
- Preparation of account reconciliations for different Balance Sheet accounts, among different Business Units.
- Identify problem areas and take corrective actions.
- This role will participate in accounting month end process assist with general ledger maintenance.
- Support internal and external requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reporting schedules.

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance, CPA a plus.

3 years minimum of Accounting / Finance experience.

Working experience with SAP / JDE. Strong process, analytical and communication skills.

Ensure compliance for business policies and internal procedures. Ability to manage a heavy / diverse workload in a changing environment. Self-motivated and driving business initiatives.

Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Excellent organizational skills and able to manage priorities. Multi-task oriented and very responsible and organized.

Ability to meet deadlines and ability to develop and implement standardized processes.

Actively demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Assist the accounting team with day to day supporting activities.

Bussiness English Level.
