As a **Security Guard - Convenience Store Patrol** in **Santa Fe, NM**, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your presence and communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for employees and customers alike. **Position Type: Full Time**

**Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour**

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
