Hi, we are Andy and Kathy and we're partners at Accounting solutionZ Our firm is a cloud-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our client's books clean, organized, and up to date on a monthly basis.
**What we look for**:
- Someone who has 5 years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
- Someone who has 5 years of QuickBooks & Excel experience
- Someone who has 5 years of Management Experience
- Someone who has 3-5 experience working in a US company/business
- Someone who has an entrepreneur mentality
- Excellent communication
- Full-time availability (40+++ hours per week)
- Capable of working from Monday to Friday, Saturday if needed
- Capable of working from 7am CST onwards
- Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment
**Equipment Minimum Requirements**:
- Computer/Laptop with dual monitor
- Windows 11 Pro
- SSD & 256 Storage
- Intel Core i5 13th Gen
- 16GB RAM
- 20mbps internet speed
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following**:
- Managing projects
- Delegating & managing team members task & work
- Onboarding & cleaning up client's books
- Cleanup of accounts
- Monthly review of client's financials
- Bank, credit card, and main balance sheet account reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll processing
- Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
- Help with financial reporting
- Help with internal processes
- Communicating with clients
**Benefits**:

- OT Pay (After 40 hours/ week)
