If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a HSE Site Traffic Coordinator, reporting directly to HSES Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

**About the Job**

The duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Act as a champion for Company’s efforts to improve driving performance.
- Serve as SME for transportation regulations.
- Serve as resource to provide driver training and hands-on evaluation, as requested.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments to identify risks associated with heavy trucking operations. Involve assets in developing action plans as needed.
- Conduct assessments and provide support for driving safety activities for drivers.
- Monitor incident trends and perform root cause investigations.
- Present findings and safety trend analysis reports to management and other audiences.
- Monitor/research new/existing government regulations and interpret the impact to the region.
- Develop and deliver presentations regarding road safety performance.
- Share/gain logistics best practices.
- Assist in monitoring and improving sub/contractor road safety performance.

**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE**:

- To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications:

- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of sub/contractor organizations.
- Experience in transportation and/or road safety.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
In addition to the required qualifications, the successful applicant is likely to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Professional safety certification (OHST, CHST, CSP).
- College degree preferred but not required.
