**CUSTOMER SERVICE**

**Purpose of the position**:
Responsible for providing information and resolving any emerging problems that the customer accounts might face.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- +2 years of experience.
- Customer Service experience at manufacturing industry.
- Administration and tracking of orders.
- Microsoft Office and MRP Systems.
- Advanced English.
- Accelerate business transformation through talented people._
