**Position Objetive**

Designs, implements, controls, evaluates, advises and innovates financial, administrative, fiscal and auditing information systems in economic entities for the generation and analysis of financial information in accordance with national Financial Reporting Standards and for decision making.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and direct the process of analysis, financial reporting and consolidation of all company administration for monthly and annual closing.
- Oversee and manage financial operations, including treasury, accounting and tax.
- Implement improvements in internal control policies of the company, as well as improve the efficiency of operations.
- Participate in budget planning.
- Comply and enforce confidentiality, integrity and availability of IACS policies.

**Requirements**:

- Accountant, bachelor’s degree in administration or finance
- 5 years of experience in administration and finance, with at least two years of experience as an area manager.
- Experience in ERP Aspel and Netsuit (Desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Diseña, implementa, controla, evalúa, asesora e innova sistemas de información financiera, administrativa, fiscal y de auditoría en entidades económicas para la generación y análisis de información financiera de acuerdo con las Normas de Información Financiera nacionales y para la toma de decisiones.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Supervisar y dirigir el proceso de análisis, elaboración de reportes financieros y consolidación de toda la administración de la empresa para el cierre mensual y anual
- Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones financieras, incluyendo tesorería, contabilidad e impuestos.
- Implementar mejoras en políticas de control interno de la empresa, así como mejorar la eficiencia de las operaciones.
- Participar en la planificación presupuestaria.
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de las políticas del SIGC

**Requerimientos**
- Licenciado en administración, Contable o finanzas
- 5 años de experiência en administración y finanzas, con al menos dos años de experiência como responsable de área.
- Experiência en ERP Aspel y Netsuit (Deseable)
- Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Excel
- Maestría en negocios o finanzas. (Deseable)
- Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión de la calidad ISO 9001 vigente. (Deseable)
- Dominio de Ingles (Deseable)
