**Your Job**

**What You Will Do
- Contribute as a team member in a global organization leading product design and development
- Design and develop new mobility and decorative injection molded products including front grilles, exterior and interior trim, and other painted and chrome plated components for different programs as assigned
- Give product feasibility assessment and propose concepts from different studio themes and product interface development.
- Utilize engineering disciplines as an integral tool through development and maintain proper documentation (DFMEA, DVPR, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
- Utilize CAD and related software to collaborate and develop product and drawings requirements
- Support Manufacturing and Quality during product launches through production sign-off and have travel opportunities to visit our manufacturing and customer sites
- Work with little direction and with high level of self-motivation and proactive problem solving within a group
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate well-organized project management skills

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Three (3) or more years' experience in product design and development
- Willing & able to travel up to 25% of the time during program launches

**What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in plastics, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Technical leadership experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with plastics and/or decorated exterior products
- CAD experience
- Automotive experience
