Application engineering support for our sales force and customer service team, including: Product selection Cross references Price list updates New product Introduction Internal training Online & In-person product training for wholesalers' personnel Contractor/Technicians product and hands on training End users training and product support Represent Copeland at related associations Develop written content for industry magazines Support trades shows and other marketing events Warranty administration **Requirements**: - Excellent communication skills including the ability to successfully present to customers (including large groups) and senior leadership - Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations to effectively solve customer´s issues/complaints - Must have excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point and social media - Excellent verbal and written communication **Education**: Bachelor´s degree in related major (engineering) Languages: - Spanish and English proficiency (desirable) Travel - Domestic and international travel may be needed
