Actividades clave:
- Asegurar estrategias de operación de su territorio generando beneficios financieros.
- Asegura y participa en la definición de protocolos y níveles de servicio con las áreas con las que Six interactúa.
- Desarrolla el plan anual de negocio y asegura el cumplimiento de presupuesto de Operación Six.
- Definición de recursos: materiales, económicos y humanos acordes al plan de la estrategia de Six
**Requisitos**:
- Carrera concluida
- +3 años de experiência en área de Retail y/o Comercial.
- Conocimiento Zona Hermosillo (cabecera, costa y sierra)
- Asegurar y desarrollar Estrategias de Operación de Ventas del Territorio.
- Monitorear la rentabilidad del Negocio asegurando todos los procesos financieros dentro de las tiendas.
- Capacidad analítica para toma de decisiones.
- Liderazgo para llevar un equipo de trabajo.
- Comunicación efectiva (presentaciones, diálogos con directivos, etc.)
- Posición 70% campo y 30% administrativo.
