Require a 5 years related, bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Project leadership and use of CI principles (e.g. lean manufacturing), quality, and problem solving tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of problem solving philosophies in support of operations, cost improvement initiates, new product development or business processes.
- Proven ability to lead supplier development and improvement projects, such as: Quality System and Manufacturing audits, PPAP's, SCARs, GD&T, lean manufacturing implementation, and cost/value improvement.
- Proficient with project management systems, methods, and techniques, to complete complex or major projects providing status updates to the leadership team at project milestones.
