The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including the Director, and other senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
