**Goals**:

- Leading the wire harness-cable technical teams with the following roles and responsibilities: support assembly operations by establishing production lines; with equipment, fixtures, tooling and safety standards to support the capacity and workloads.
- Work within the parameters of the QM System to help Variosystems achieve general and company-specific quality efforts and growth goals.
- Supporting team that can develop customer products by guiding feasibility studies, transfer and setup of equipment, and leveraging local and company experts.

**Tasks and Responsibilities.**
- Create work instructions, operational procedures and machine instructions,
- Implement Lean Manufacturing in the production areas as part of continuous improvement.
- Design and integration of support tools, fixtures and testing devices in electronics production.
- Carry out root cause analysis and development short/long term solutions.
- Support in cost/time saving projects.
- Time and movement management.
- Create work instructions and layouts for the electrical business unit with ergonomical criteria.
- Support in implementation of future process or quality policy (ISO13485, GR-78, etc.)
- Support Quality Department with PFMEA/PPAPs/Control Plan, etc.

**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- 5 years of experience in electronics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- IPC-A-610.
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Knowledge in SMT and Wave Solder process.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, ViewMate
- Microsoft Office and SAP.

**Salary**: From $1.00 per hour
