Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented **Senior Business Analyst** with expertise in Salesforce to drive the analysis and optimization of multiple Salesforce instances. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating processes to determine the best strategies for consolidation, removal, or enhancement, while facilitating meaningful discussions with stakeholders about business processes and goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements related to Salesforce instances
- Conduct in-depth analysis of multiple Salesforce environments to identify areas for consolidation, removal, or optimization
- Develop strategic recommendations for improving Salesforce processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to gather insights and document process workflows
- Leverage expertise in Salesforce declarative functionality to support process re-engineering and solution design
- Create detailed business process documentation and reports to communicate findings and proposals to stakeholders
- Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure proper implementation of recommended changes
- Monitor and track the progress of Salesforce optimization initiatives and assess their impact
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during the analysis and execution phases
- Provide guidance and support to the business in maximizing the value of Salesforce platforms
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and industry best practices to inform decision-making

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative functionality, including workflows, process builder, and other customization options
- Expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes within Salesforce environments
- Capability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration and its impact on business processes
- Proficiency in managing multiple Salesforce environments to identify overlaps and inefficiencies
- Flexibility to use Salesforce-related tools for analysis and reporting tasks
- Background in business process re-engineering and optimization within Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical processes to non-technical stakeholders
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Salesforce innovations like Flows, AppExchange solutions, or industry-specific clouds
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with third-party systems
- Skills in creating performance dashboards and metrics within Salesforce environments
