**Impact**

Reporting directly to the LATAM Grains lead, your main responsibilities will be:

- Define and execute the strategy for the **Grains** category bringing the best cost to the area/scope for **different countries across LATAM.**:

- Develop a regional perspective considering specific realities of the countries within the region
- ** Compliance**: In a challenging environment, function as a change agent to improve the process, to move this spend to Procurement excellence (compliance, best practices, competitive bidding)
- Lead the **Grains** **BID process**. Responsible for achieving the deadline for the timeline, doing the communication with stakeholders, to make sure that we have the responses on time. Implemented the contracts without disruptions and follow the implementation.
- Deep dive in the category, consolidate volume/spend/vendors of all sites and BUs to **leverage** our volume, when possible, in a regional or Global level
- Develop a regional perspective considering specific realities of the countries within the region
- Bring **innovation** to the category, new models, TCO analyses and a new model driving savings at local market level and delivering savings on a YOY basis
- Build and provide input to Procurement finance team of pricing forecast variations, and monitors performance to goals.
- Ensure the implementation of legal **contract management process** that will cover 100% of Suppliers
- ** Work with local MSO´s** to provide the best alternatives for categories, including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc.
- Build a strong relationship with the **internal clients** (Manufacturing; Warehouse; Supply Planning, Legal, Quality, Finance, etc.)
- Open **communication** with the regional and Global team, also with the MSO to bring and share best practices
- Work with Regional team and local Market to define, develop and implement **BCP´s** for key materials

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education: Degree in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or Agribusiness or related
- Experience:

- 5+ year´s experience in Direct & Commodities Procurement/Sourcing knowledge
- Advanced English proficiency
- Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling (Forecast productivity)
- Strong organizational, execution and negotiating skills
- Strong People skills - ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment; comfortable and effective in influencing at all levels; ability to tactfully give/receive constructive feedback
- Negotiation skills with high knowledge in Grains market (at least 3 years) and Process change management Experience:

- Highly Collaborative - within Global Procurement and PepsiCo divisions; with internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and team building
- Language Portuguese (desirable)
