*Responsible for the orders inside and outside the province, and participate in the inspection and acceptance work after the arrival of goods
*Make overall planning for the purchase work and reasonably control in the purchase price of goods
*Formulate the purchasing department annual work objectives and work plans, after the approval of the purchasing leader to implement
*Review purchasing department related documents and materials
*Complete other task assigned by manager
**Qualifications**:
1. +2 years experience
2. Bachelor Degree or above in finance/business
3. Very familiar with Mexico purchasing laws & regulations
4. Mexican with Spanish, good at English both oral and written
5. Have purchasing experience, including negotiation with suppliers
6. Excellent excel skills, good communication skills.
7. Innovation, sensitivity to details, can work under pressure
