**Job Description**:
- Being responsible of the whole accounting process: Invoicing, cash collection, expense, treasury management and payroll.-
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports to the Group.-
- Act as a primary contact for our advisors (Tax and Public Accountant), manage he relationship with them as well as discuss any technical matter with the CFO.-
- Be responsible for the annual closing process which entails the preparation of annual statements.-
- Prepare and centralize the legal onboarding/offboarding of our employees in collaboration with our lawyer and Public Accountant.-
- Control and submit payroll data to the different parties.-
- Input the payroll information in our system.-
- Compute and analyze our Mexican financial data which means; learning our data analytics process and tools.-
- Assist understand, implement and sometimes propose new financial process as we constantly grow, our processes are also changing,**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Corporate Finance.-
- Fluency in English is a must because all our process and internal discussions are in English-
- Fluency in French is optional but nice to have.-
- Knowledge of Mexican tax is optional but nice to have.-
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo) is optional but nice to have.-
- Be smart.-
- Possess autonomy.-
- Be willing to learn and evolve.-
- Be an overall pleasant and kind of person you want to take the coffee with
