**The Job**
The Content Onboarding Manager guarantees the proper arrival of Longform and Auxiliary content based on the business strategy.

**The Daily - Major Activities**
- Manage the content onboarding process across different areas. From external/internal vendors/distributors based on parameters already given by Acquisition teams in order to archive the business strategy plan. 30%
- Ensure the proper reception and replacements accordingly with WBD parameters (rejections, replacements, missing content) giving proper feedback to business about operation processes. Liaise with Acquisition and Legal to ensure WBD requirements are met in terms of reception and quality expected based con rights. 30%
- Define best reception workflow based on acquisition deals, strategy requirements, programming needs and wbd guidelines parameters. In accordance with Content Management teams set the proper path for materials. 20%
- Looks for operative/deal cost improvements considering Acquisition plan, distributors and vendors involved. 10%
- Organize and keep record of the content arrived to approve invoices and to provide information to Legal in case of official request. 10%

**The Essentials**
- Experience in Managing a team as a supervisor for 2 years
- Experience in Media operations for at least 3 years
- Degree or equivalent experience in - Television Studio Operation or Television Studio Production and Direction College Degree, Audio Visual Design College or Bachelor’s Degree, Graphic Design College or Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading. Advanced level or higher

**The Nice to Haves**
- Experience in Working in a multinational corporation
- Experience in other roles in broadcast (playout, transmission, graphics, postproduction, content management, edition)
- Experience in leading cross functional projects
- Experience in negotiation with vendors/ distributors.
