**Position**:
USER EXPERIENCE AND CRO MANAGER

**Profile**:
**Objetivo**:
Gestionar, dirigir y soportar la implementación, mantenimiento y otros servicios relacionados con las aplicaciones de software utilizadas dentro de la organización con el fin de asegurar la venta, el share y el contenido de la WEB como un nuevo canal diferenciado de la APP.

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
- Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics y Appsflyer
- Comprensión de internet/intranet, entornos de red y protocolos específicos utilizados en la organización
- Sentido de urgenica y priorización
- Servicio al cliente
- Gestión de proyectos

**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar los cronogramas y proyectos asignados a los miembros de los servicios de aplicaciones
- Contratar y capacitar a miembros del equipo de servicios de aplicaciones
- Dirige, supervisa y propone la selección, implementación y mejora de contenido diferenciado, productos diferenciados y la correcta asignación de productos en canal y GWPs diferenciados
- Proponer, dirige y supervisa la construcción de la WEB P&L
- Dirige, supervisa y propone la selección, implementación y mejora de la correcta lectura de data y construcción de la WEB P&LEvalúa sistemas, aplicaciones y procesos de hardware/software para facilitar una estrategia más amplia de sistemas de información**_SEPHORA _**
