We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Testing Specialist (Psychometrician) to join our psychology clinic. This role is essential to our assessment services and involves scheduling and administering psychological tests, observing client behavior during testing, and ensuring standardized administration protocols are followed. While training and supervision are provided, prior knowledge of psychometric tools and testing procedures is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling & Coordination

Coordinate and manage testing appointments with clients, ensuring timely communication and preparation.

Liaise with clinicians and administrative staff to maintain an organized testing schedule.
- Test Administration

Conduct 2-hour standardized psychological testing sessions using clinic-provided test batteries and materials. (Testing is via teams)

Administer tests in a consistent, standardized manner while creating a calm and supportive testing environment.

Observe and note client behavior, affect, engagement, and any factors that may influence test performance.
- Documentation & Reporting

Evaluate the psychological test.

Record behavioral observations and test session notes clearly and accurately for clinical interpretation.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all testing sessions in compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols.

Organize and prepare test data for review by licensed psychologists.
- Compliance & Quality Control

Follow ethical and procedural standards in the administration of psychological assessments.

Maintain the integrity of test materials and ensure proper storage and confidentiality.

Stay up to date on testing procedures and clinic updates; participate in training as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or PHD degree in Psychology or Social work or Criminal Justice a related field or higher.
- Experience doing: IQ test, achievement test, personality disorders test, memory test, cognitive test.
- Knowledge of psychological testing instruments and standardized administration procedures is required.
- Prior experience with test administration (in educational, clinical, or research settings) preferred.
- Excellent observational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

3 Schedule options:Monday to Friday
- 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
