To strengthen our LATAM IT HUB in Mexico, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to complete our Technical & Production - Manufacturing Department within IT organization. Reporting to the LATAM Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Business Solution Manager you will be contributing to delivering the DMA solutions to LATAM Nestlé factories in the region. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide expertise in PowerBi Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud, Snowflake, pipelines etc. This data will be in the context of manufacturing (performance, quality, energy, process modules, etc.).
- Deliver support to the markets/factories for new implementations, sustain and leverage/improvement projects in Advanced Analytics. Ensuring projects are on track as per timeline.
- Be an escalation point for markets/factories for issues related to Analytics. - Provide technical expertise on SQL / databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with the Global Advanced Analytics contact and markets.
- Guidance on complex design or technical issues faced by the factories in reporting.
- Develop a clear understanding of the DMA product group strategy and work with teams to ensure deliver of high-quality services.
- Be at the forefront for the future of Analytics in Manufacturing at Nestle.
- Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.
- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
- Partner with the FRM and Stream Lead to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders.
- Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions.

**Required Profile**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Good understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure, Snowflake etc.)
- Experience in supporting Analytic solution roll outs and working across different time zones.
- Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
- Working with clients or customers internal or external.
