**Position**:Distributed Energy Project Manager

**Location**:Ciudad de México, Zona Reforma.
**Type of job**:Full time / presential.

**Position Summary**

The Distributed Energy Project Manager will be responsible for managing and developing distributed energy projects, ensuring their technical, financial, and commercial feasibility. This role will work closely with the Business Development team to identify market opportunities, coordinate the execution of solar projects, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and management of distributed energy projects, from opportunity identification to implementation.
- Coordinate technical, financial, and regulatory feasibility studies for new projects.
- Oversee the design, evaluation, and optimization of photovoltaic solar systems.
- Manage permits, regulations, and agreements with authorities and energy providers.
- Collaborate with clients and strategic partners to structure viable business models.
- Assess investments, costs, and financing to ensure project profitability.
- Coordinate with technical, financial, and commercial teams for project success.
- Manage contracts with suppliers, EPCs, and contractors.
- Monitor performance and compliance of projects in operation.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technologies in distributed energy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Energy preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing distributed energy projects (solar PV, storage, distributed generation).
- Knowledge of energy regulations and policies in Mexico.
- Experience in financial modeling and profitability analysis for energy projects.
- Strong negotiation skills, contract management, and client relations.
- Proficiency in solar design and simulation software (PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope).
- Advanced English (essential for negotiations and technical documentation).
- Availability to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
