We are looking for a talented and innovative **Junior Designer**to join our growing team.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the design process by creating user-focused solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing workflows and supporting development efforts to deliver seamless design projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and manage design tasks and backlogs in Jira to streamline workflows
- Present and communicate design deliverables to team members and stakeholders
- Assist development and QA teams during refinement and development stages, conducting design reviews and validations
- Create user flow diagrams to design clear and intuitive user journeys
- Develop sketches and low-fidelity wireframes to conceptualize design ideas
- Build clickable, high-fidelity mockups using wireframes and design systems
- Approach problem statements with a solution-oriented mindset, without depending solely on detailed business requirements

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of professional experience as a Designer or in a related position
- Strong UX/UI design skills with advanced knowledge of Figma
- Experience working with Jira for task organization and team collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Understanding of Spanish for effective multilingual communication
- Familiarity with accessibility principles to ensure inclusive design practices
- Experience designing for learning or education platforms
