**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Mérida, Yucatán**:
**Position: Jr. Paralegal**

**Shift time: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm PST**

**Location: Merida o Chihuahua.**

**Qualifications**:

- This position is supportive and will not have contact with clients.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) with strong English proficiency.
- Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and kindness.
- Ability to handle emotionally challenging cases.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in immigration law is a plus but not required.
- Strong legal drafting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred or currently pursuing a related law degree.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
