**Mission**:
As a **Content Manager with Oracle expertise**, you will oversee the organization, management, and optimization of content within Oracle systems, ensuring that all content is strategically aligned with the business goals of the insurance client. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain content accuracy, relevancy, and performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Management**:

- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of content in Oracle-based content management systems (CMS).
- Ensure that all content is structured and stored efficiently, following best practices for data and content management within Oracle platforms.
- **Optimization and Performance**:

- Optimize content workflows and processes within Oracle to ensure the timely and effective delivery of content.
- Monitor content performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance its visibility, usability, and overall impact.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with the insurance company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for any Oracle CMS-related queries, providing support and ensuring compliance with content governance policies.
- **System Integration and Enhancements**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance content processes by leveraging Oracle's tools and capabilities.
- Ensure that content updates are implemented smoothly and consistently across multiple channels, adhering to the insurance company’s brand and communication standards.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Development, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience managing content within Oracle systems, such as Oracle WebCenter Content, Oracle Fusion, or other Oracle-based CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of content workflows, database management, and Oracle integration processes.
- Previous experience in managing content for large enterprises, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

**Skills and Key Competencies**:

- Expertise in using Oracle CMS tools and understanding how to optimize content management within these systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
