**IT Observability | Presencial - CDMX**

**Resumen del Rol**:
Como **IT Observability** en Zenta Group, serás responsable de la supervisión proactiva y la recopilación de datos clave sobre el rendimiento, la disponibilidad y la integridad de los servicios de TI. Tu misión será proporcionar visibilidad completa sobre el comportamiento de los servicios y la infraestructura, asegurando que los problemas sean detectados y resueltos antes de afectar a los usuarios o procesos del negocio.

**Lo que Harás**:

- Diseñar y administrar soluciones de **observabilidad y monitoreo** para servicios e infraestructura de TI.
- Implementar herramientas que recopilen métricas, logs y trazas para detectar posibles problemas antes de que impacten al negocio.
- Analizar datos en tiempo real para optimizar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad de los sistemas.
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos para establecer estrategias de monitoreo eficientes.
- Desarrollar dashboards y reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.

**Quién Eres**:

- Cuentas con experiência en **monitorización y observabilidad** en entornos de TI.
- Tienes conocimiento de herramientas como **Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk o Datadog**.
- Te apasiona el análisis de datos y la optimización de sistemas.
- Destacas por tu pensamiento analítico y enfoque proactivo en la detección y resolución de problemas.
- Te motiva trabajar en equipo y fomentar una cultura de **prevención y mejora continua**.
