Multiplica Talent is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a PMI certification to join our team. As a Project Manager with PMI certification, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering complex projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution within scope, time, and budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring collaboration and engagement.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and executives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to PMI best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a PMI certification.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
