Main activities:
Account managers are marketing and sales professionals who work with clients and consumers to ensure that an organization meets its needs and objectives.responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of products and services. Consult with customer to understand business issues and goals, and work with customer to develop improved solutions to business needs. Prepare summary reports for Sales Representative and Management identifying customer needs and opportunity to secure new business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.

Bilingual required (English & Spanish)

Excellent knowledge of computers, MS Office, MS Office, Google Drive/Chrome.
- Thorough knowledge of product lines including commercial print, packaging, labels, trading cards, or equivalent. Proven success in a business-to-business sales role.
- Able to travel between the customer’s locations in the performance of daily job responsibilities and to work extended hours as needed.
